Available today only: this rather extraordinary limited-edition ‘World Animal Day 2026’ dog sneaker. To celebrate World Animal Day properly, the proceeds from the sneakers will be donated to our local animal shelter, Dierenopvang Hart van Brabant.

The sneaker’s tongue is shaped like an oversized dog’s tongue. This large pink suede flap falls over the laces and is attached with hook-and-loop fastening. This means the shoe can also be worn without the large pink tongue. A second unusual detail is the black heel panel. Viewed directly from behind, it has the shape of a large black dog’s nose. Beneath the nose, small black rubber studs have been added to the furry grey suede where the whiskers would normally be. Naturally, the shoe’s upper has a wonderfully furry finish. The grey suede has extra-long fibres, while the beige material is cowhide with the hair still attached.

Limited edition: 35 pairs (because we have been around since 1718. And 17 + 18 = 35. Nothing is left to chance!).
